Still life. :)

Today I took my self portrait. We were told to bring in at least ten things that represented us. I brought in a purple blanket, because my favorite color is purple. Another thing I brought in was heels. I love wearing heels and this is my favorite Pair so far. I brought in jewelry also because I love wearing shiny things. The sunflower represents how I am, and My aunt used to call me her sunshine. The turtle represents sheldon the turtle, if you don't know him, go look him up. :) I love hello kitty and painting as well. :)

photo montage

we had to create a photo montage, using many different angles and picutes. we had to resize each picture, and reform them to create a picture. tilting, rotating, and scaling was used during this process.

reflection

we had to do a reflection of ourselves using pots, pans, and other reflective objects, the key was to capture yourself, but not the photographer. :)
Q:What visually makes you who you are?
A:There are many things that Visually make me who I am. Usually when people see me, the first thing they notice
Q:What is the importance of appearance?
A:
Q:What objects have you chosen to bring in that represent you?

Also, I brought in many different types of jewelry and nail polish, because I love dressing up and painting my nails. I also broguht in a book, because I love reading, I think that it is important to keep up with it. The last thing that I brought in was a photograph of my boyfriend and I. We have been together for two years and it is very special to me.
Q:How are each of these objects significant/symbolic of part of your identity?
A:
Q:How have you chosen to arrange/light/photograph these objects? Why?
Q:Is there significance to the fabric that you brought in? If so, what is the significance of the fabric?

Write on your blog: What are several objects you will bring in on Monday that represent your personality/identity visually.

there are many objects that I would like to bring in to represent my personality. I am going to bring in some pigs because I love pigs.  I might bring in a few "props" form a video game that I really like, and a bunch of little things like cell phones and makeup.

spot the difference

here is the original photo of Las Vegas.

Here is the photoshop version. I Edited many things.
Today we learned how to add images into another image, and also remove things. I was told to take out things in this photograph, and also add things in. We had to blend in colors to make it look real, and also edit the pictures being put in. Enjoy :)

Photoshop old picture restorations.

This is the restored version of an old photo of a little girl in an old nurses uniform. We worked on taking the wrinkles out of the picture by talking "like pixels" and mending them over the wrinkles. we also did different types of contrast to brighten or darken specific things.

this is the original photo, with no restoration

again, we took an old photograph and restored it by fixing the wrinkles, and even adjusting his eyes to make them look better :)

this is the original photograph with no restoration.
